About Me

My Story
I had my first box of crayons around 4 and became obsessed with color and it was just the beginning of art classes and the love of art. Attended Rhode Island School of Design received an BFA in 1989, and an MFA from The School Of The Museum of Fine Arts in 1993. Moved to Los Angeles in 1997, and worked five years professionally as a decorative painter and mural artist. Moved to Boston in 2003 to attended Lesley University for a Masters in Creative Arts and Learning 5-12. In 2010 received yoga teacher certification from Kripalu, Lennox MA.
From 2013-2016 lived in the Bahamas , worked as art teacher for Lyford Cay International School, and did a residency an art show at Popop studios.
Attended Summer’s Day residency in Mexico in 2017, and Green Olives residency in Morocco. From 2017-2023 I taught art at Reads Collaborative to students K-12 in Middleboro, MA. Just this past year I began teaching art at The Hood Elemetary School and have been enjoying being a part of the new commuinity in Lynn MA.
